The software which I've yet to learn in detail, seems to cover a multitude of options to pass on to my intended customers. It also has tools for marketing, billing, advertising and tracking.

Dennis has been a professional the whole way. He has great knowledge of the software and what possibilities might exist for the user. The layout themes are clean and easy to navigate. They invite the user to engage. So many options that allows you to customize your he site to your exact specs. There is very little I would change about the software so far.

I just started using the product and find it both comprehensive and easy to configure. It will take a little while to review all the training videos, but it looks to me like I'll be able to configure a site by simply going through the options. Then when I get moment, come back and do a little fine tuning based on what a learn from the videos.

I think it's important to consider the prices for phone support, they are too expensive. In countries such as Mexico the hour with an experienced IT is much less expensive.

I've just started with BD and so far it's very easy to use with powerful features. And the interface is similar to WP which is nice.

I've built several directory sites - each have taken far longer than they should. "Easy to use" became "weeks, even months" of trying to get it all to work right--especially payments. Truly, not the case with Brilliant Directories. There is no "out-of-the-box" like this. Everything is setup in a best-practice kind of way, with room for personalization.

BUT, your staff has provided written instruction that is fairly easy to follow. AND, they have done an excellent job interpreting my ideas and requests. I was really taking back by what this software had to offer . I searched high and low and received many high quotes for having a site like this built . And nothing compared to this software .For all that you get It's great software at a great price. It has all the bells and whistles you would need to have a successful online business .

After researching for a while, I settled on Brilliant Directories for managed my directory site. The vast number of features were more than enough to sell it, but on top of that every question was answered quickly and thoroughly to make my decision that much easier. The system has been a great way for me to upgrade an old directory. It is easy to use with some great resources. The customer support is excellent. However, there is some room for improvement in that the receipting needs to be better. Overall I am happy that we have a directory that is continuing to improve and meets its users needs.

We are a software company and did not want to redevelop something we could get through Brilliant directories. This platform aligned with our business model and existing customers the closest. So far our only experience has been with Dennis and it has been great. We will do a more complete review once our development staff has a chance to use the product.

From BD's willingness to demo the various components of their product to the actual acquisition was quite pleasant and professional. Dennis the sales representative was very approachable and accommodative with a very professional demeanor. The bigger portion of this deal came with their support team as well as a wealth of online tutorials.
