Brilliant Directories has a very solid platform from which to build a brand new directory. Templates, training materials, coaching and forums simplify the process for getting up and running. The upfront on boarding is especially easy, with Dennis and team taking ownership of your successful launch. A suggested improvement is to enhance turnaround on requested assistance from coaches. At times the emailed responses can be delayed as a result of someone being out of the office, etc.

I have owned several party directories in the past and I keep running into the same problem. I am not a programmer and every time I want to upgrade my system, I would have to go and find someone who could help. Now I am trying Brilliant Directories because they seem to know exactly what features to build in to their directories. Now I can focus on driving customers to the site, instead of wasting my time trying to make improvements. So far, this looks like a good solution.
