I give it 9 out of 10 but, in time, Im sure it would be 10 out of 10!
It is very well created and streamlined. All the features are easy to find and to apply. Customer support is one of the best I have ever seen, both via email as well as facebook group and their chat app on the site!
There is an initial learning curve but the more you play with it, the easier it gets. Some settings are somewhat deeply hidden, such as advanced settings, which are more than 190.

I’ve looked at several platforms for my membership needs. I’m impressed with BD!
I was surprised at the flexibility of the different types of embed options that Brilliant Directories provides. HMTL, JS, JSON…it has it all!
I’m working through getting the setup just like I want it. But, I’ve already found the support team to be amazing and VERY responsive. So, is it really a con? This is a bonus!
