Ease of billing, scheduling and much better (accurate) collection at the front desk.

Pros

We utilize all the tools and features for our clinic and the program is very user friendly. I love the Direct Connects and feel that we get the best information in that option.

Cons

I wish there were some better report options (or maybe just a more clear cut explanation), for example, my clinic likes to compare annual statistics from one year to the next to map our growth and after many conversations with several different CT staff, we are still uncertain as to why one report gets different info than another (end of day reports vs.

Pros

Integration between front and back office and management. Easy marketing tools.

Cons

I wish it had a search feature on the Fee Schedule. On the "Find" button in the Charges section, I wish it showed the fee connected to the charge.

We are able to bill electronically and secondary insurance is easily completed through the accounting tab.

Pros

How it integrates with other software and you can hide inactive insurance policies.

Too many screens and no ability to create custom reporting. Setting up new patient files is cumbersome.

You can put in inventory to sell your supplements/products (seems like a nice feature) but you cannot pull a financial report per provider just on your inventory.

Many of the things are customizable and easy to use, although sometimes you find things very hidden.

Cons

Sometimes the system fails, and you can not access the information you have stored, the technical support is not good, the reports are not customizable and require too many clicks to generate a simple note, the user interface is bad sometimes it can get to be very annoying.

This program helped us achieve going full electronic in our office, connect and improve the patient treatment notes to billing in a much more time efficient way, also it gave my staff areas where they could get involved and come up with solutions to alerts and patient notes in the provider all in one section.

Pros

I think the billing process in accounting is also set up very well to understand where you are at in the process with claims.

Cons

My only complaint with this software is that the reports section could be tweaked, some of the answers that come up on the monthly stats report are not correct and we always have to count them by day specifically the New Patient numbers.

You have navigate so many screens to get a simple bit of information or generate reports. While technically it has "everything", most of the beneficial streamlining options you either have to add-on and pay extra (and even then it doesn't work that well), or it is more burdensome to navigate and incorporate then you were lead to believe.

Pros

It has almost everything you can think you would need for a vast array of modalities or techniques. The macros are costumizible, then again that pretty much standard no matter what software you have.

Cons

You want better billing systems/money collection... add-on (third-party) charge.

The training is very thorough, and I get a lot of use out of the alerts as well as the billing and transaction notes.

Pros

I take advantage of Direct Connects almost every week, and the Chat Widget. I think the training videos are very thorough. I also appreciate that they update the software consistently based on suggestions from the ChiroTouch Community page.

Cons

I would like more ways to sort patient data, and the capability to adjust the screen size and to print smaller selections of certain reports/schedules.

Everything you need for chiropractic billing!

I have use the program as a independent medical biller for years and have worked on many different accounts.

Pros

As a biller, I love the ease of importing EOB's, disputing claims & reports.

Cons

I would love a web based product. Also, I would like to create claims in a PDF that has the CMS1500 claims outline. That way I could submit paper claims to auto insurance & workers comp without printing them to an actual paper form. Lastly, I would like the patients DOB to appear on each page in the "front desk" screens. Other then those little details I love the program!

Server based vs. web based is crippling our business

Overall, this software used to work with us, but as we added more practitioners, it doesn't work for more than one Practitioner/Doctor. This software needs to move to web based. The system continues to glitch everyday several times a day and it's not efficient for a fast pace practice with multiple practitioners.

Care plan set up, connecting accounts, reporting is pretty good.

Practitioners can only view their schedule when it was working.
