Great Quality, Great Service

I have worked with ChirTouch for 5 years and I love it. I recommend it to all chiropractors I work with. Customer service is, more often than not, very helpful and they are at least attentive and quick to respond. Pros

the intuitive nature of all basic functions, ease of use and organization

Cons

One thing only - the patient statements are too complicated when trying to do a 'mass' monthly production.

Pros

The Meaningful Use aspects of the software are laid out well and easy to use. The scheduler and in office patient tracking worked well.

Cons

The software really seems like it is a lot of different parts that were randomly made to work together. They advertise that a patient can fill out forms online and have them go right into the system. They do, but you have to manually put in the notes. The iPad use for FOA forms works, but you have to go through numerous steps to get it into the note. The notes are really clunky, and it takes a lot...
