Pros

Reporting is a great tool to easily see what jobs our outstanding in order to keep on top of invoicing etc.
The training was brilliant Support staff was exceptional at her job and really puts you at ease with what you are doing on the software.
Having previously used an older version of Commusoft to upgrade to the latest version was a godsend. Everything is easier to find, and the system itself is nice and clean and fresh.

Pros

Horizon has been great to work with and the support team is a great help whenever you need him.
Its easy to set up and start using. Very impressed with the ability to customize using my logos.
The customer service is excellent - an important feature for a one-man operation such as mine.

Cons

There will be no more forgotten jobs not invoiced or time wasted making unnecesary trips to jobs without the correct information of what we're going to.
I hate writing reviews but would have felt guilty not to give credit where due with Commusoft. The team at Commusoft and their level of service have have always been top notch.
Ve run out of space so as there are no negatives Ill continue with the Pros.

Cons

The inability to format text (bold, italic, colour, etc.) is frustrating at times and terrible page breaks which make some reports look a bit odd.
Blank spaces on report between sections looks unprofessional. Glichy host possibly causes application to freeze on occasion.
Reports were much too long and it scared off agents. Also instead of integrated a form required by Texas, it tacked it to the end, making the report even longer.
