Pros

Rock solid system which gets good and rapid support and upgrades. Great team who listen and care about their customers.
The inventory tracking is great. And the portability of the software being in the cloud is just awesome.
Current RMS is terrific rental software that is practical, easy to use and looks great. Customer service is second to none with free initial training (not that it's needed).

Cons

It really seems badly designed on purpose. Maybe if you move from using a whiteboard based rental system this could seem revolutionary but it's just not.
A bit of a learning curve. Having to go to separate pages is annoying at times.
No you're going to spend hours on these quotes navigating around the site adding all three to the separate lists, then link them.
