Envision Ink is a cloud-based software designed to help tattoo studios manage bookings, payments, marketing, POS transactions, loyalty programs, and more. The platform enables businesses to handle new and recurring bookings, update services for single employees or departments, and track schedules using color-codes and icons on a centralized portal.

Envision Ink includes a marketing management system, which lets organizations automatically send text messages and emails to clients for booking confirmations, welcome, birthdays, and promotions or offers. It offers a host of features such as goal setting and tracking, customizable branding, service rooms and equipment management, performance monitoring, real-time reports generation, dashboards, and more. Supervisors can use the check-out functionality to process tickets, sell packages or prepaid orders, add tips, search for inventory IDs, and print or email receipts to clients.

Envision Ink’s inventory management module allows administrators to track stock levels by vendor orders and purchases, update item details, and search and edit purchase orders by date, seller, PO notes or shipping details.
