Pros

Our rep is super knowledgeable and helpful. The team is always willing to go above and beyond to help educate and improve the functionality of our software to business integration.
They are always happy to help and never have I felt like an imposition when calling them. The remote sessions are a big help.
Everlogic has been extremely easy to use and works perfectly with QuickBooks. The support team has been very helpful and help within a timely manner.

Pros

Overall we are very satisfied, after using a much more complex solution we switched to AutoRaptor and have been very pleased with our progress.
Inventory is updated daily and that's kinda good. Support is also great as you can message support team and they are highly responsive and helpful.
I enjoy being able to communicate with my customers via text, in 2019 texting is a very prominent form of communication and it is good that we can use that to our advantage in this program.

Cons

All of the other DMS systems that we have used or tested were originally written for the Automotive or Power Sports business and are missing key elements essential to the RV Business.
None, I have enjoyed everything thus far. No one at our company has anything bad to say about Everlogic.
The way our Everlogic/Quickbooks is setup, there is no easy way to do this. However, I'm not sure there is any solution to that problem through Everlogic.

Cons

We needed a crm so it solved that problem, and its simple to use almost to its own disadvantage.
Our follow up with our customers was horrible before auto raptor. With auto raptor I'm able to check and see if how my salesman are contacting our customers.
Also we are having problems getting data from Autostar.
