Pros

And that will in turn save me more time. I am happy with EZRentout, and feel the purchase price is well worth the software.
I love how I can manage assets, schedule them, and bill for them all in one place. Save me so much double and triple entry.
The ease of searching our assets and being able to see images of the units. This helps our sales team in the field.

Pros

The team are really friendly and helpful and we love that we can just give them a quick call if we have any questions.
The team at Hirehop are simply brilliant: excellent service and quick responses to questions. Incredibly helpful and personal service.
My overall experience has been great, on the few occasions where I have needed help, the support team have been fantastic.

Cons

Can't say that there is something that is bad about the software. I do not administrate the program so it is hard to say.
If I click on the order, the information within the order is still correct, I just find that quite odd and slightly ignorant.
The "order/invoicing" is confusing, I found it difficult to learn how invoices get sent to the customer.

Cons

I haven't got my head around the 'labour' element of HH yet, but this might be a lack of understanding on my part rather than any flaw in the software.
I have tried and struggled with other rental software, including PC and cloud based ones and just found them limiting.
Inventory setup is very difficult in-software. The only way I could really get it started and set up was to import a csv file.
