Pros

And that will in turn save me more time. I am happy with EZRentout, and feel the purchase price is well worth the software.
I love how I can manage assets, schedule them, and bill for them all in one place. Save me so much double and triple entry.
The ease of searching our assets and being able to see images of the units. This helps our sales team in the field.

Pros

One of the many great features of Rocksolid Max is the path of navigation is pretty much the same in every category. So it makes the software very user friendly for not so technical savvy personnel.
Save money, save time (which is money), save headaches. This is the easiest system to learn, no matter how old a person is.
Non inventory items are easier to track without adding or deleting from current inventory. We were the first to use the Repeat Rewards with Rockmaxx and it was great to work with the support team.

Cons

Can't say that there is something that is bad about the software. I do not administrate the program so it is hard to say.
If I click on the order, the information within the order is still correct, I just find that quite odd and slightly ignorant.
The "order/invoicing" is confusing, I found it difficult to learn how invoices get sent to the customer.

Cons

The integration with our accounting software has been brutal. Availability of training for the software seems to be lacking.
Worst Point of Sale software I have ever used.
But the initial frustration wasn’t done. A box was highlighted on the sales screen, indicating that you were ready to make a sale.
