Pros

The software is fantastic - I'm glad to have made the change. I especially like the reminders system with text capability and the two-way integration with Xero.
I like the ability to develop clinical templates and charging templates for procedures to save time writing up notes. I have worked with other veterinary software for years and this flows the best.
The system is very user friendly and what is nice is that ezyVet loves input from their clients as far as what they would like to see changed and/or added to make the program better than what it is.

Pros

Our overall experience using BarnManager has been wonderful. We've had very few issues and the minor one we did have, the Customer Service from their team was fantastic.
I love being able to access our horse's information from my phone when out at our rescue farm using the BarnManager app.
As the Director of a 501c3 rescue, this software has been extremely helpful in allowing us to track our current horses more precisely and easier.

Cons

They are very restrictive on who they will actually integrate with, they hold your database hostage. Customer support is awful, most of the ones you talk to is there first day with no training.
I submitted a ticket in September that has not been addressed and I have received no updates on it. Even when I have called to follow up, no updates are available.
The only downside is that the software is totally dependent on your internet connection. This is a concern for mobile veterinarians.

Cons

Like all internet connections it can be scratchy in places that have poor internet service, or bad cell service.
We do struggle at times to make the full transition from paper to digital.
The only piece that Barn Manager is missing is billing/invoicing capability, but they are apparently developing it now.
