Pros

Customer Service we have received from all the staff has been excellent, Rep has been our go to guy, his patience has been great.
Their team is responsive and great to work with. M loving working with Fieldwork.
Program is very user friendly and easy to use. All of the support staff are always there is help.

Pros

I have been very impressed by the ease of use and the ability to customize forms for our business use.
Excellent experience, nothing to say except, Good job! continue.
The ability to have so many tools built into the interface including exporting to pdf, data queries, batch export, etc., is great.

Cons

Integrations was difficult due to our former software being unable to provide us the required information.
My only regret was waiting so long before actually switching over.
I took my wife out to a job, showed her how to use it and she was barcode scanning in just a minute. My other software was hard to teach techs how to use and cumbersome to carry.

Cons

If you don’t do that and an error occurres everything is gone.
Exporting of many reports could be faster (splitting the export is making me crazy).
The copy paste fuction in the app was a bit tricky. And it requires that you manually correct your rules when copying a block of questions.
