Pros

Customer Service we have received from all the staff has been excellent, Rep has been our go to guy, his patience has been great.
Their team is responsive and great to work with. M loving working with Fieldwork.
Its very easy to use and set up runs smooth and the customer support is excellent always someone there to help you when needed.

Pros

Super happy with the customer service. Help is literally a click away and they are always very helpful and responsive.
Overall, it is just a wonderful program that is easy to learn and figure out. Not many programs are like that.
Overall, it has been great. I know that it is still a work in progress but for the most part, it’s nice.

Cons

Integrations was difficult due to our former software being unable to provide us the required information.
My only regret was waiting so long before actually switching over.
I had an urgency once (operator error) not the software but they were closed I could not get a hold of (IT) that day.

Cons

I paid fees and charges to convert to Pocomos and had nothing to show for it. I emailed my Pocomos contacts and asked for a partial refund of my charges and I heard back from NO ONE.
Links to the portal expire or do not work leaving my customers frustrated and angry. This has been extremely disappointing.
I HATE that I have to use their credit card software, it's expensive and communist that they force you to use bottom line payments.
