Links to the portal expire or do not work leaving my customers frustrated and angry. This has been extremely disappointing.

I paid fees and charges to convert to Pocomos and had nothing to show for it. I emailed my Pocomos contacts and asked for a partial refund of my charges and I heard back from NO ONE.
