Pros

Customer Service we have received from all the staff has been excellent, Rep has been our go to guy, his patience has been great.
Their team is responsive and great to work with. M loving working with Fieldwork.
Program is very user friendly and easy to use. All of the support staff are always there is help.

Pros

My experience so far has been fantastic, the customer support has been great. We have gone from using numerous spreadsheets to just using this software and it's working great.
The features i most liked about this software are the Mobile app, that it's Cloud based, It's easy to use, reliable and cost effective.
I've been researching software like this to help improve my business for the past year. This software is easy to use and does what it says.

Cons

Integrations was difficult due to our former software being unable to provide us the required information.
My only regret was waiting so long before actually switching over.
I took my wife out to a job, showed her how to use it and she was barcode scanning in just a minute. My other software was hard to teach techs how to use and cumbersome to carry.

Cons

No quote facility as of yet but this is coming.
Slightly confusing to learn at first due to amount of features it provides.
