Pros

Customer Service we have received from all the staff has been excellent, Rep has been our go to guy, his patience has been great.
Their team is responsive and great to work with. M loving working with Fieldwork.
Program is very user friendly and easy to use. All of the support staff are always there is help.

Pros

Syncs well with QuickBooks, easy to use interface, good mobile app, friendly technical support, excellent price.
This software makes our job easy, also the technical support is outstanding.
When notifying tech support through the software they would respond within minutes and conduct the updates for me immediately. This is an outstanding product and a first class tech company.

Cons

Integrations was difficult due to our former software being unable to provide us the required information.
My only regret was waiting so long before actually switching over.
I took my wife out to a job, showed her how to use it and she was barcode scanning in just a minute. My other software was hard to teach techs how to use and cumbersome to carry.

Cons

And if I did that the system changed the routing to zig-zag the truck. They tried desperately to shoe horn me into their model, but it was never going to work.
Currently if a task is accidently deleted there is no way to tell what that task was for, or who the customer was.
I have found the software to be a bit cumbersome and difficult to learn and it is also a bit quirky.
