FollowUp CRM Pricing Reviews

Pros

  • Great company because of their follow up with us. They reach out with solutions to issues presented or just follow up on what is needed or if there is more we need from them.Daniel S.Read the full review
  • Our Customer Service rep is awesome. This whole system is super convenient and easy to use.Crystal C.Read the full review
  • Having a format that gives the ability to have all the relevant information at hand quickly and easily is a powerful tool in helping to complete and close a sale.Jay W.Read the full review

Cons

  • The more areas (programs) that are used with so much information some details can get lost and that happens. The other thing is we have to use other categories for contact and follow up.Steve S.Read the full review
  • This program doesn’t account for times on the days of appointments. Insane that I have to skip to the notes on the bottom to look for a typed appointment time.Jason G.Read the full review
  • There are limited ways to track task completion and the e-mail does not sync with outlook which is our email system.Mike E.Read the full review

Overall this is a great system for sending out proposals to the client with A Professional look.

Pros
I love how I can enter pictures and add my deficiencies and when you add the square footage or EACH it totals out the price for that measurement. You can also adjust the time and materials.

Cons
I didn't like how sometimes when you adjust the labor time and update deficiencies it will back the number back down to what it thinks the time should be.

Good tool for sales reporting and customer follow up. Good reports.

Pros
Easy to use, customizable and simple, good product for a lower cost then sales force and other CRM's

Cons
Reports export to adobe rather then excel. You can not sort them and manipulate them to arrange as you see fit.

Follow-up CRM Review

We've been using CRM since 1/2/19 and so far reached out only a few times to Rep; some of which are operation malfunction (LOL). We had 2 training sessions with her and she is one of the best teachers ever. She is patient, kind, helpful, explains well, and most important of all, is always available and answers promptly. Never experienced this kind of prompt support as she has provided. What an asset!

Pros
User-Friendly! Especially appreciate the different stages of an account which we can focus upon. The next follow-up dates are of extreme value so we don't miss any opportunity. Although we began using CRM in 2019, we added the last quarter of 2018 and reaped benefits by following up on proposals. Win-win!

Cons
Now that we've experienced CRM, wish we could add scheduling but I fully understand that CRM is a sales software. FCS is good for other purpose but what a blessing if there could be an all-in-one software. Now, we can't do without Follow-up CRM and never realized what we have been lacking all along. Great program!

The CRM is fairly basic, but for the cost its does a pretty good job. I'm told my administrators of the program at my workplace the support has been excellent and FUP service team is great to work with and have open minds to customer input and opinions.

Pros
simple clicking as tasks are completed.

Cons
E-mail and documentation integrations.

More beneficial then expected

At first I was unsure of the value of the system (we don't need a program to show us what projects are coming up) but once you actually see what is in your pipeline, close ratios, time from contact to closing, etc. there is no way we could go back to try tracking prospects without it. The numbers can't lie.

I've only played around with the service for less than a month but is a little confusing. It seems there might be a better way to organized zen the site but it is FULL of information which used to take days or weeks to find. There is a huge value in this product and am looking forward to it helping me.

Pros
Lots of ibformation

Cons
Tough to navigate

Not a CRM

Everything. This is just a big "to-do" list. It's old antiquated user interface is not at all user friendly. Loads slow and has no kind of notifications when a new lead is added to the system. Regardless of how inexpensive it is, it will cost you more money with the missed opportunities.

Pros
I really struggle with this question. What do I like most about Followup CRM? Nothing... If I had to say something good is that it gives you a simple closing ratio, but that is subject to the information being put in to it.

Cons
This is not at all an easy to use platform. It does not notify you of any new opportunities or leads that get added either by email or text. Old and outdated.

We have been using for less than a year It has been a bit of a struggle to get into the habit of thinking of this process on an ongoing basis every day for me personally It is more of a personal lack of computer knowledge and being comfortable using the program multiple times daily. I can absolutely see the value and need for the constant updates and will continue to see the results the more effort I put into it I am sure

Brain damage

The program I'm sure is fine, it's hard to put much value to it all since we are still in training and we are fine tuning how the program adjusts to what we do so it's still a bit cloudy right now. You have to understand I'm before computers so the simpler the better. I'm sure those that were brought up with computers think this is easy but it's involved and and has many moving parts. Since our company is putting their twist on the details like how to categorize the the leads it's still an issue as far as I'm concerned. In a couple of months when we get most of the training done we'll see what it's all about. Thanks, Steve

Pros
It covers many details about a file which is good.

Cons
I think because there are many dialogue boxes to acknowledge different details I wonder if the right info is being seen by the right people that are also involved in the job.
