Pros

My experience has been great I purchased this when I first started my business and it’s been my best investment.
I love how easy this product is to use and the amazing customer service that is given. Any question that I have is easily answered by their team.
Minimal learning curve, powerful, off site storage of customers, awesome integration, works flawlessly on multiple platforms, easy to train users, great reports.

Pros

I like the communication, accuracy and the ability to upsize or down size when required. I love that the boys can journal everything.
It is a comprehensive, easy to use app that everyone on our team finds helps them in there everyday. It supports our time management and ensures that we look after ourselves in the hours that we work.
To awesome to see that my employees when clocking in they are at the location where they should be.

Cons

The only one problem that I have encountered, has been the condition where weather, or telecommunications failure has not allowed me to contact the main software server directly.
I paid in full for this software and after using it for 6 months it’s really just garbage. I was told there is no refund of unused months available.
That your limited on the mobile app from the desktop version.

Cons

I can have a difficult time removing my employees from the system. It’s not your app that I the problem.
Unable to make custom pay periods. I need custom pay periods.
No direct download of the period summary (you receive it on the email and have to download there).
