Pros
The follow up and reminders need to be improved to be useful and functional. It would be nice to also have the ability to have people have credits on their account display as well.
I liked that our medical records were now online in one easily accessible place. This was our first time using software, so it was a nice test for if we would like software.
I like that the company has a sense of humor, but they also listen and take suggestions seriously. The customer support team is friendly and sincere.
Pros
The software was easy to install and I think that this was mostly due to the fantastic Vetstoria customer service.
Friendly, knowledgeable folks make it easy to recommend the product.
Being in a multi veterinarian practice, the Veterinary Online Booking software is amazing.
Cons
If there are any problems tech support is available when called and the problems are handled quickly.
The uploading photos and documents has been frustrating, as they either don't upload at all or upload to the wrong patient file.
Unfortunately since the calendar integration issue was not able to be corrected, we were forced to abandon the program.
Cons
My main problem is not having the time to exploit all the potential uses.
Learning to use the software and installing it can be time consuming. I believe that is really the only downside to this software.
The only thing this software is missing is a required questionnaire for clients booking an appointment.
