Pros

Within a couple weeks they also helped me to complete a nice looking website that is responsive and that allows my clients to make online bookings.

Cons

They should work more on drag and drop features rather then fields to be filled .More colors in graphs and statistics.

HQ is the real deal! The system is extremely flexible and the HQ support staff is amazing!

Pros

One of the most important features for long term rentals are the payment schedules.

Cons

The number of settings was a little overwhelming at first but once you get the hang of it and the system is configured you understand how much power there is in the settings.

Pros

This software tells you immediately which vehicles are available and which aren't. It saves you time and helps you stay organized.

Cons

The software is less flexible compared to when you're keeping track of your vehicles with pen and paper, but it's still manageable.

Flexible modern design adjusted to our needs.

Pros

Willing to add new payment processing merchants.

Cons

Maybe having an educational or training video. Although their staff walked us through every step of the reservation system and educated us on all the ins and outs.

Pros

Once implemented, the use of reporting and dashboards, the flexibility tying into payment processors and accounting software to name a couple of their integrations, has allowed for us to make our rental business operational and manageable.

Cons

If I had to choose something to note as least likable, it would be the process required to fine tune forms. By no means a deal breaker, just know that this is where I would like to see some enhancements with future versions of this fantastic product.

Now my booking website is fully running and for my clients and company users it is perfect and fast to book and manage the fleet.

Pros

I recently purchased their HQ Reservation system, and what I liked about them is that they set up the booking portal very fast for me.

Cons

There are minor things like calendar that needs to be improved but overall is perfect for a booking rental solution.

Some features still on solving level almost 3 month

Pros

Rental agreement is comfortable (but there no option to put damage car map for minivans), calendar also quite comfortable but need some improvements.

Cons

Calendar is not very comfortable for use, because calendar start each Sunday, and sometimes difficult to see which reservation was previous and which reservation were on week ends.

Great personal attention!

We were in the process of starting up our car rental company in Orlando. The HQ team was incredibly helpful during the setup process and always responded quickly when we were in doubt. They also helped us implement the reservation tool on our website and we've been very happy with the results so far!

Pros

The software is very user-friendly because it is simple. But there are also a lot of hidden Settings that can be activated if and when we need them. The layout is also quite nice :)

Cons

We had to import all our vehicle information, rate structures and additional features that we sell.

I found out about Caag Software by Googling "Car Rental Software" and I've been extremely Impressed

There are also customer facing features which we've yet to utilise, but in time we'll definitely be investigating further and hopefully integrating them in our own website.

Pros

The help with setting up the software was done remotely and was very comprehensive. The system was very flexible, so all our specific requirements could be met, in fact, we've now been able to do more than we expected.

Very flexible and mordern platform, superior customer support

Most of our daily work is now automated, we save a lot of time and manpower! This means we can scale up our business at no cost.

Pros

- customer support (24h) - they do everything to match your demands - modern, state-of-the-art software - price/value you get a lot for your money - they support you beyond the purchase We're really happy about our choice as we never experienced such a great support with any other software we tested - and believe me we had several trial accounts. But what's the biggest plus: They we're able to fully customize the software for our requirements - and they still do.

Cons

As we're in the German market, we needed to translate a lot manually - and there are still some flaws we need to tackle. Furthermore you should be prepared to spend some time with the software, to fully undestand it as they built in so many features.
