Pros

Pros

I LIKE THE EASE OF USE AND THE ABILITY TO ACCESS FROM PHONE OR TABLET. I CAN BE AT OUT OF THE SHOP AND RECEIVE A CUSTOMER CALL NEEDING UPDATES.
I like that I can do everything ything from my laptop/ IPad, Phone, etc. I like that any question I have, or anytime I need help, its just a phone call of email away.
My overall experience with FullBay has been great. I really like the product.

Cons

Cons

The parts is a little hard to navigate at first. Easier as time goes on but that seems to be the most difficult.
The inventory set up, not that they make it difficult but its a lot of work.
Scheduling and tracking service calls cannot be done completely with Fullbay. Tracking daily service types, calls, and sorting them is also difficult ( but we know it is coming soon).
