This program is a must have for any pool business. It can run every aspect of your business efficiently once you learn how to setup and use.

Pros

Designed specifically for running a pool business, Keeps the customer informed on anything you want to share, all service history and data can be access by the customer at any time and customers can see everything you are in process of repairing along with pictures and notes.

Cons

Took some time to learn how to setup and do everything I needed. Kudos to the FAQ area as well as the instructional videos.

The auto bill feature is fantastic and having our clients have their own customer portal is professional and they love the ease of using it.

Cons

I have to say that any time we find an area that needs improvement, it's easily resolved so I do not have a con.
