ACORD GAME CHANGER

Indio has a support and onboarding team that is excellent. They are always available and willing to help in any way needed. Their onboarding process is great and they will walk you through each step to make sure you are properly setup.

Pros

Indio makes filling out Acord forms easy and they will take less time. They also have a database of thousands of carrier supplemental forms that are digitized for seamless agent and customer experience.

Cons

The thing I like least about the software is the price. It's pricey but convenient. Make sure before purchasing that it is something you will use often enough to see an ROI.

Looked great at first.

It was overall good, but we don't have a lot of clients on the commercial side that are very tech savvy and couldn't get the value out of it. Cancelled after a year.

Pros

They have thousands of forms available. There is a lot of ease of use on the client side of things.

Cons

It's takes a long time to start to get return on the value. If you don't use it constantly or you don't have clients that like technology it'll be hard to take advantage of the tech.

Decent Experience

Overall, it has been a good experience, but wish it was better to make up for the overall cost for the services.

Pros

The time our staff has saved by using digitized docs.

Cons

There were some docs that came back finished quickly, and others that took over a month; almost as if the doc request was forgotten or misplaced.

Using Indio

Using Indio speeds up what was otherwise a slow process and a process that cost the customer/insured time and money in printing, scanning, faxing, etc. The flow is so much easier now and the customer is left feeling better too.

Pros

The ease with which to send documents and applications to my customers or insured's for completion and signature. When the customer/insured receives the email is very easy for them to complete the process and the return of the completed and signed documents to me is great. This process makes life SO much easier and faster.

Cons

I have not found anything I dislike......at all.
