Pros

Oh I might mention I love that we integrate it with other computers in my salons it's wonderful to be able to check one out and check in, on the other computer at the same time.
I have been using KC since 1997, and thru out that time,I have been impressed with the functionality of the product and impressed with the customer service.
Software easy to use and keep a good database for clients. Packages are good features for our daycare.

Pros

Its so easy to use and customize things how our dog park and daycare need them. Its super straight forward and we have had a great time using it.
It helps us store information, organize our clients, and care for our campers. Whenever we need help with something, they are always there for us with a quick and helpful response.
Simple, dependable, strong communication and outstanding customer service. They offer what we need.

Cons

Only problem with it is the layout of the appointment book. It is difficult to use at a glance with grooming appointments and multiple groomers.
One item would is one that I would leave over. The first is the amount of warning windows that pop up.
Over priced horrid customer service constant emails to pay them more money I am on here to find a better service for when I move and open my boarding kennel and it will not be kennel connection.

Cons

I've used expensive and elaborate custom programs for two other kennels and I can't understand why anybody wants to mess with them when Kennel Link is a slam dunk.
The billing can be confusing at times with the different.
Daycare checkout is a little confusing to new users.
