Pros

The customer service from Kennel Connection is fantastic and the people are so helpful. There is so much that this program can do.
Oh I might mention I love that we integrate it with other computers in my salons it's wonderful to be able to check one out and check in, on the other computer at the same time.
I absolutely love when it's time to add on to our existing Kennel Connection services and there is a SALE going on. Kevin was great in helping procuring the grooming add on module.

Pros

Easy to use, very helpful staff and the level of detail within the product is what we like most. I love that they listen to their users and provide updates based on that feedback.
I absolutely love this software any time I have questions or need help they help without any issues and are very prompt in getting answers for me.
We have been a customer since 2001 and have had great support the entire time. Their willingness to listen to the users in developing new solutions is great.

Cons

After a horrid experience with a well known electronics store, I had to call Kennel Connection's support to straighten out their mess. KC was so patient & thorough.
They stayed with me walked me thru it until I finally got it fixed. That meant the world to me as I was dealing with a seriously I'll mother and didn't have time to deal with problem.
Only problem with it is the layout of the appointment book.

Cons

The maps are outdated and it is extremely difficult to route routes when you have to pick up equipment at different sites. The logistic tickets does not work for us.
The only thing I’ve found so far that I would change is the way reports export into Excel. The added rows are a little bothersome but not a make or break problem.
Redundant features - having to click many times to close a contract when it is a simple close with no changes.
