Pros

It's a comprehensive software solution for all facets of my business. The customer support team is great whenever I need help.
Our ability to track job profitability, manage employee's time, and provide easy reporting for the bosses has been fantastic.
Very happy with Knowify, it's continuously improving and great customer service.

Its really streamlined our business, accounting and customer service. The functionality and ease of use for us and our customers is amazing.

Cons

Wanted to make this a priority for my business, but customer service is terrible.
Using Knowify has helped but is still lacking for my purposes. Examples: adding another default phase for Subcontractors - the entry of this data now is awful.
The guys have problems all the time with the clocking in.

Cons

Once we were handed over to the product specialist, she offered more obstacles than solutions and seemed to have limited business experience.
Needing to re-boot is annoying but not a big deal.
We took over an older marina with no management system in place (think pencil and paper).
