Pros

I like the dashboard the most, it gives me a clear understanding of what is going on in the field. I also find the customer support excellent, they were available for solving the issues 24*7.
Loginext come up with latest technology. I really appreciated the customer representative who understands the requirement and comes up with a perfect solution along with his ops & technical team.
Excellent Service by LN. Good employees & very supportive at any time.

Pros

They provide us with great suggestions and have a wealth of knowledge which is really helpful when first starting out with a CRM system.
Great service and never ending patience to help us integrate and understand the initial roll out. We recommend without reservation.
The system has plenty of great features built in whilst still remaining easy to use which I think is a great plus.

Cons

Ideal mode , no network zone is the 2 basic point I least like.team should need to work on the same so that this error will be replaced in future.
Temperature compliance for cold logistics is problem and team has not been able to solve. Geofensing is a challenge, where we have multple resturant at same place.
Getting right value proposition from the company's current investment on resource. No doubt here we are talking about Human Resource but also same lines are applicable to other resources also.

Cons

We have not had any major issues or found any problem that was not dealt with quickly and easily.
Client specification missing (Although to be added).
This has been adapted many times since we started as we have grown and developed. There would be no hesitation regarding recommending the product regardless of the business activity.
