We have all the updated for free and the monthly cost is very affordable the assistance is  great,  the customer satisfaction is very high.

At not one point were they apologetic, in fact, their attitude was blasé and unconcerned. There was no curiosity as to why I had decided to leave whatsoever.

Thanks to rep, the website is looking very appealing to Naples Villas' target audience. Rep, who is part of the customer service team, is very reliable and delivers what she promises.

I was with my old software provider for 2 years and decided to move to Magarental. It is a really good software but most importantly they have very good customer service.

But the best part of this company is the professional and proactive attitude of the staff. Their support and expertise are priceless.

Magarental is currently the best software for those who manage a considerable number of apartments in one or in serveral cities.

Integrated a very nice website customized with payment platform.

It took another 3 months (6 months total) before the website was even close to being completed. There was a complete lack of project management.

You pay for each property you listed and no for each booking you receive (as kigo). It's fantastic how manage the email, the bookings, the complex with units apartment, and channels.

Pretty complete, fairly easy to use ( they guide you through the more complex parts) and they customize  the software for each agency at a very reasonable cost.

This is the strong point that nobody can guarantee (I guarantee you ).

The only "complaint" can be that the assistance at the beginning was much faster and after a while, maybe due to the upgrade and lots of work they have to deal with was a bit slow.

The possibility of having in a single software all the functionalities necessary to automate the internal management processes is certainly one of the most important aspects.

Even worse, they propagated incorrect information to the channels (our 2BR properties were showing  up as 4BR) which caused us embarrassment with our guests.

The connection was very fast, the unified inbox tool it's very good to improve guest communications and save a lot of time.

Calendar has an easy-to-read layout and  appearance. Revenue itemization is appreciated and the ‘Target’ projections versus actual (income received) is a nice visual.

The integration of the Air Bnb properties onto this program was easy. Once you understand where to find certain information it becomes user friendly.
