Pros

My overall experience with Maghub is positive. I do not mind navigating through the platform and think there are many helpful features for a successful sales process.
And all of the people that I have met working at MagHub/Aysling has been humble and funny (seriously funny.), it's been a joy to implement this software and see it really help all of our departments.
The quality of design is presented very well for companies, contacts, and financial data in reporting. And the export tool allows for ease of integration to other applications like Microsoft Office.

Pros

In the past, it was often cost-prohibitive to have the latest and greatest versions and the various software I needed. Now, for a very decent price, I can have the best of the best for all my needs.
Its really helpful to create different types of content, really useful and easy to manage, the difference between this platform and others its really helpful and easy to use.
Love love love the product and it has come a LONG ways from the old days. I have the whole package and couldn't imagine not having it.

Cons

I regret that I went with the competitor at the time. Two years later and incredibly frustrated with their competitor I called Maghub.
There have been very few negative issues with making the move to MagHub. Our biggest challenge was that we sell many books, articles, and other specialty items on our website.
It can be a bit time consuming entering international addresses since you are forced to pick a state/province for international locations, which can be very tricky with European and Asian countries.

Cons

Bad, i still to this day dont know how it works so i save everyting to my computer and ive been using adobe for years now. I have a fear that things will go missing so i dont bother with it.
The only thing that has frustrated me is the times that the program won't open a file and states that it has been damaged or moved.
Their enterprise licensing, deployment, and customer service is terrible. The process to get device licensing and user provisioning working is time consuming, and the Adobe support staff are clueless.

Superior CRM and booking/billing system

We have have had staff working remotely for over two years now. It is extreemly easy to enlist a new user and get them up to speed quickly

Pros

When we switched to Maghub, the prime reason was its easy integration with quickbooks saving us hours of double entry every month. After using it for several months , we found all of the available features easier to use than our previous cloud based softaware

Cons

The addition of new editons is a tedious chore. We are a weekly publication, and like to have about a year and a half of issues ready to book into.
