The reports function can sometimes be a little tricky. A "new accounts" feature would be great to see to view growth of accounts.

Overall I have had a pleasant experience with MagHub
I like how everything you need is in one place.
Sometimes the reporting in the system is very hard to access. Not all reports needed are already in the system. Building one from scratch can be cumbersome.
Thank you for your review of MagHub, we highly recommend checking out our Metabase integration, as it allows you to create the custom reports you want, much easier than trying to access Pivot Tables or SQL!

The software is intuitive and easy to use. Even my Publisher can use it! It's not clunky as with previous uses of CRM software within the publishing industry.
Contact names and companies should be hyperlinked throughout the system.

Didn't take long to learn it and the updates have been common sense.
It handles everything your 'rollodex' to your emails to clients, through the invoicing stage.
One email is usually only accessible in one record, therefore some agencies can potentially become a bit messy.

It was required of my position to learn and implement. However, it was suppose to decrease the amount of clerical work required to run the company and it has only added to it.
It allows me to keep records of notes, emails, etc with company name for future reference. Lots of areas for information to be stored.
It's extremely difficult to maneuver. Not set up for a common sense user. More for a seasoned software exec.

The support is really great. Everyone has been very helpful at every turn.
It is clean, well organized, and bug free. It is easy to learn and has a lot of great features. Of all the magazine CRM systems I have used, it is the best.
There are a couple of features that are obviously needed that are not in the system.

I am hoping that this will be the key to keeping our advertising business organized. It has been a challenge to learn, but I am getting there
The integration of the madrill account has been a real hang up for us. It has taken weeks to get it working. I use another CRM that just allowed me to send and receive right from my existing mail accounts, I prefer that, actually. Glad to share if you want to take a look. That also automatically creates contacts for inbound emails.

Forecasting Management kanban is great!
The ease of use, especially with Projects, reporting and zone management.
I would love to see an integration between zones in MagBuilder. If I place an ad in one zone on a particular page, I'd like to be able to just click a button and have it populate in the other zones on that same page automatically.

MagHub makes is easy for me to update contacts, manage our bi-monthly magazine and update email lists.
Too easy to make duplicate records and too hard to find them.
Thank you for your review of MagHub, and mentioning how MagHub helps with managing your contacts. Regarding finding contacts, I would highly recommend using the recently updated Global Search with the Contact filter selected, it makes it much easier to navigate the site and find those records that might have been hidden.

Pretty intuitive, to a point (see Cons below)
Needing to move to multiple places to accomplish one thing. For example, when needing to edit the price information on an ad you currently have to take a couple of or a few steps when you should be able to do it in one step if the drop down on the ellipses was just expanded.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate your thoroughness. With the additions of Pendo, and other UI/UX updates to the MagHub system, our team is constantly removing additional clicks/steps, but there is always work to be done; especially when we are adding new features nearly every month!

MagHub does everything we need it to do from a CRM standpoint for a publishing company. It checks the most boxes and has great customer service.
As a smaller publishing company, the software is really hard to adapt and mold to fit our specific needs. It's hard to tell this early into using it whether it will be adaptable as our company grows and changes.
