Pros

Such great software, been using Scott System MaxxTraxx Pro for at least 15 years. Great tech support, very friendly and helpful.
Sabrina picked up phone on first ring. I feel like MaxxTraxx is committed to helping me build a successful shop.
Effortless to use, does it all. Customer service is superb.

Pros

Right from Sales team to customer support team everyone is very supportive, enthusiastic about providing quality of service while at the same time delivering quality of service.
Its helping us grow our retention rate. Flows are helping improve stickiness and overall gains in LTV are clearly there.
Easy to use, Easy to learn, Simply fantastic. Thanks to your help page I learned so many things.

Cons

Marketing features are a bit weak. There aren't many marketing features if you wanted to do your marketing in house.
Can't think of anything that has bothered me lately.
I wouldn't be able to pay more for the software because I have to use Bolton to fill in the gaps where the software is lacking.

Cons

The critical problem we had, while serving almost half-million active base in a day, was the segmentation. The proceeding problem involved serving the right content at right time.
While infusing into the system, several requirements of analytics were missing from the product. With regular feedback with the team, we received them but it took months.
Server problems and hourly analysis not available.
