However, it's hard to blame on Xtuple necessarily, I believe it was the implementation of the platform. Like any software there is no perfect system, but overall we are very happy with our choice. If I had to go back and make the decision again I would still go with this software. Goal was to handle sales pipeline and contract manufacturing; sales people didn't like to use it. Free version is good value, but paid version is expensive when compared to competitive products.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

I get lost with virtual and physical, when I send a proforma invoice or order and it doesnt take and I want to correct, I always get lost.
