The least thing I liked about Modern Maid IO is that I was not able to customize the emails to match my branding

None that I can think of. It is the highest graded maid service software

I like how simple it is to navigate MMIO. The forums help whenever i have any questions. And using the mobile side is pretty easy when I’m not on my computer and I get a client call. i can easily make quotes straight on my phone.

Sometimes it glitches. The images also don't save from my technicians/cleaners side.

MMIO is hand down the best user friendly CRM out there. In the first hours I was able to create jobs, customers and integrate different programs on my own without previous experience setting up these type of systems.

The pricing parameter settings should be more customizable.

When it comes to booking software for your residential cleaning company, this is one of the best solutions on the market. Has everything you need to run your business efficiently and it’s easy to use. I like the text and email integrations to remind clients as well as you team of upcoming bookings.

Not suited very well for commercial cleaning but it can work.

I love that MMIO is purpose built, meaning it is built with the lives of an owner/ operator and their employees in mind. From scheduling to customer management, the system is unmatched. I used another similar product previously and it didn't feel like the developers really understood what the cleaning industry needed when it came to a customer management solution.

Literally no cons at all. I have to just put words here to meet the requirement.

The easiest system ive used. Not only efficient for me but for my customers as well. I highly recommend this system.

My only negative is I didnt use it sooner.

Sometimes hard to navigate between menus and having to re enter Customer info.

I like that it is easy to navigate. You can edit things to make them fit your business.

That on the app you can edit job details if invoice has been sent. You have to do it from a desktop.
