Exceptional Customer Support!

Overall the experience has allowed us to schedule moves with greater efficiencies

We are extremely dissatisfied with how they handled the cancellation. When it was discovered this software was not working, the rep seemed to be more focused on being right than servicing an unhappy customer. They definitely seem to only care about what contracts say and what they believe happened or is right than they do actually listening and understanding the customer's point of view and the impact their decision to just take over $3,000 has on a small business. There is no true customer service with these folks. It is all about the money which is a shame. We only got the play by play of what the contract states and what we were told and what they are entitle to. At the end of the day, we were sold something that did not fit the needs to we explained we had and then were charged a massive sum of  money, only to be told they should be charging us more, but were giving us a $500 break on the final price. I've never had a company handle cancellations with new business this way before. It was very unethical and disappointing to see how comfortable they were with just taking money.

It helped tremendously bring my company up to speed with the latest technology in the business. It made estimating jobs so much easier and more efficient.  From an operations standpoint, dispatching has become tremendously more efficient and easy to understand.  No more confusing printouts and trying to figure out the crews. One easy to use function. I couldn't recommend the Move It Pro more. It is a must-have for any moving company.

I have been using this software for several years for our multi-million dollar moving company. We do everything from capturing leads on our website, giving phone estimates, sending quotes, tracking referral sources, booking jobs, scheduling crews, managing HR, managing fleet, taking payments, digital / paperless bill of ladings, payroll, and so much more.

Truly we couldn't be any happier with MoveitPro.

It is a bit more expensive than most all moving softwares but the price difference is overridden with the additional business and money saved in time without a doubt.

Horrible company. Will deceive every step of the way just to get a payment. Lied from the beginning until the end. Tried them out for one month charged me $600 and refused to refund. Lied about services they can provide. Their software is made for companies operating based on weight and hourly rates, not volume. I specifically asked this question prior to signing up and was told everything is customizable but that was a lie. Told me DOT is shutting down companies operating based on volume, another lie. Total waste of time and money. Do not use this software for your moving company I promise you will regret it! This is coming from someone with 20 years in the moving industry! 

Horrible Software DO NOT USE! 

In our opinion, we would strongly encourage anyone doing business with this company to hire an attorney first! You're going to need one! For them, their poorly written legal jargon is filled with loopholes and ambiguous language that will cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars in billing fees as the contract is not written in your favor should you choose to discontinue using the software and their services. For them, it's all about the money. Deceptive language and statements made by their personnel cost us a lot of needless expense. The old Latin phrase "Caveat Emptor" (buyer beware) is more true than ever when dealing with these people! Find someone else to do business with before stepping on this landmine!

Apart from the billing department making an extra debit from my credit card, (which they already fixed), everything it’s been pleasant up to this point.

There are things about how efficient the software works that I do not like, but the team at MoveItPro are so amazing that  I am happy to do a few more extra steps to complete a task because I truly feel like they are an extended part of our company. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], has been one customer support member that has helped us so much with all of our automotive emails and any tech questions! She is brilliant and so quick to respond! They all are though!  I can not say one negative thing about any of the customer support employees. They all deserve a 10 Star review.

The team at MoveitPro is constantly looking for ways to improve the software to meet the needs of companies in the moving industry.  As a user when I have a question, they are quick to respond and guide me through the process.  Customer service above and beyond exceptional. 

Software that lets the company MOVE forward!

I chose MoveitPro  for one of my clients to help him organize his small moving company.  The level of organization, ease in creating estimates, communication with clients, and the ability to have everything you need to run a moving business in one convenient place has allowed the owner time to invest in growing the business.  As the accountant, the level of reports, ability to track income and client payments makes my life so much easier!  The cost is definitely worth it for myself and for my client!!!

A Movers life saver 

Extremely bad, time consuming, and just an overall bad experience and taste left in our mouth. What I originally thought was going to cost 750 had actually costed 1750. Go figure.

Terrible business practices, unintuitive software

Reduced entry time, cost of running 3 other software programs it replaced, and efficiency! 

As we acclimate to this software, the support staff has been simply fantastic!

My overall experience with the software and the employees has been excellent. All my questions are answered in a timely manner, and my point of contact is always on the ball and alleviates my stress. I couldn't ask for a better paperless software platform.

Finally a company that has actual people you can contact.

You have to change your rating system for Customer Support. It does not truly reflect the level and type of customer support you get with Moveitpro. You have to add an extra couple of stars! Kayla my contact is EXCELLENT. I have emailed her all time during the day and night and received a quick response. Moveitpro is just what my moving and storage needed! The software is amazing ! User-friendly , customizable and great support.
