As the accountant, the level of reports, ability to track income and client payments makes my life so much easier. The cost is definitely worth it for myself and for my client.
It is a bit more expensive than most all moving softwares but the price difference is overridden with the additional business and money saved in time without a doubt.

Phenomenal software at a great price! We will use this software for the life of our business.

Pros

The team at Move it Pro is so responsive when we have a question. Having the ability to chat with a rep at any time is extremely helpful, especially when working late nights. The software has made scheduling and day to day management so easy for us. Would definitely recommend!

Cons

I honestly cannot think of a CON at this point.

Buyer Beware

In our opinion, we would strongly encourage anyone doing business with this company to hire an attorney first! You're going to need one! For them, their poorly written legal jargon is filled with loopholes and ambiguous language that will cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars in billing fees as the contract is not written in your favor should you choose to discontinue using the software and their services. For them, it's all about the money. Deceptive language and statements made by their personnel cost us a lot of needless expense. The old Latin phrase "Caveat Emptor" (buyer beware) is more true than ever when dealing with these people! Find someone else to do business with before stepping on this landmine!

Pros

The integration of developing moving estimates was fairly good. Their modeling is decent. Customer service and training are useful for the most part.

Cons

Their software developers, managers and owners promised to adapt the software to our needs with certain modifications that would be beneficial to us and the industry practices that we follow. However, they are very much regimented to their view of how to do things in our industry and failed in their ability to adapt the product to fit our needs. Furthermore, they commandeer your business leads as a part of the "program." Not a good idea.

As we acclimate to this software, the support staff has been simply fantastic!

Reduced entry time, cost of running 3 other software programs it replaced, and efficiency!

Pros

We are now able to do in one software, easily, that we were using 3 different programs for. This has reduced data entry times, and afforded more availability for new and existing client needs. The support staff is quick to respond, assist, and work on implementing suggested changes or additions as we learn about each others needs and capabilities.

Cons

Since we are still, what I would consider in a ramp up period, where we are both learning about each others needs and capabilities, I can only say speed at the time of updates being made, but that is to be expected.

Mi-Mover Moving and Storage

Major benefit to estimating jobs and letting us learn as well what to expect when doing these moves and giving the customer an accurate cost of the move, so there are no surprises with pricing at the end of the move.

Pros

The software gives you a very close estimate of time, square footage, labor hours all to accommodate the Moving company in estimating as accurately as possible for the customer.

Cons

Not really anything that I would have to say I don't like about the software, Moveitpro is still adding more and more options as time goes on so all the items you would want to add they are already on top of it!

Great Platform, Promising Future

Pros

It is easy to use and, for the most part, very intuitive. The team is always looking for ways to make it better, too.

Cons

The system doesn't yet support automatic pricing for the various types of moves we offer.

Revenue Generating Product And Award Winning Service

My overall experience has been delightful. Nobody or no company is perfect. But I gather the feeling each time that I speak with anyone, including the owner, that there is a sense of pride to strive for perfection. They want to be better at all times. That is something I think everyone can value.

Pros

The product is very impactful. It creates an added layer of professionalism that is impossible to achieve alone. Customers are delighted to see their estimates professionally written line by line with the personized branding that is integrated into their product. There were a few things that were not easily integrated into their software. I did have to make a few tough changes that I struggle with till this day. Most notably I had to switch my merchant account to the one that integrates with their systems. It has made it incredibly challenging to keep tabs on where and how the money is flowing because the gateway Moveitpro uses is quite archaic.

Cons

There are a few difficulties here or there that I wish were easier to use. I think there isn't a software out there that will integrate perfectly with your existing processes. I may be wrong. But, I'm interested in the potential the company has shown and am willing to stick around and see what else they improve on. This is a testament to their customer service and willingness to listen to your needs and attempt to correct things.

The only bad is I wish I found this software 3 years ago when I started my quest for moving software.

Best software for our company and the support is absolutely phenomenal.

I have been using this software for several years for our multi-million dollar moving company. We do everything from capturing leads on our website, giving phone estimates, sending quotes, tracking referral sources, booking jobs, scheduling crews, managing HR, managing fleet, taking payments, digital / paperless bill of ladings, payroll, and so much more. Truly we couldn't be any happier with MoveitPro. It is a bit more expensive than most all moving softwares but the price difference is overridden with the additional business and money saved in time without a doubt.

Pros

Everything, The way it is all designed very easy for new users to begin using, the support, the automation of emails, and digital invoicing / BOL.

I can't believe I spent the first 5 years of my business without MoveitPro

I have been using MoveitPro now for about 6 months and I truly don't know how I was operating without it. They really know the moving business and this is not just some software that was built and then they decided oh lets sell it to moving companies too. You can tell in every step that the software was built from the ground up for moving companies. I have seen our sales increase 30% over last years...

Pros

24/7 Support, Automation of emails, estimating my jobs letting me know how to price them, and so much more.

A Movers life saver

I chose MoveitPro for one of my clients to help him organize his small moving company. The level of organization, ease in creating estimates, communication with clients, and the ability to have everything you need to run a moving business in one convenient place has allowed the owner time to invest in growing the business. As the accountant, the level of reports, ability to track income and client payments makes my life so much easier! The cost is definitely worth it for myself and for my client!!!

Horrible Experience

We are extremely dissatisfied with how they handled the cancellation. When it was discovered this software was not working, the rep seemed to be more focused on being right than servicing an unhappy customer. They definitely seem to only care about what contracts say and what they believe happened or is right than they do actually listening and understanding the customer's point of view and the impact...

Terrible business practices, unintuitive software

Extremely bad, time consuming, and just an overall bad experience and taste left in our mouth. What I originally thought was going to cost 750 had actually costed 1750. Go figure.

Pros

None at all. A bad system run by a worse company.

Cons

Everything, the entire business model is to do a live demo while blatantly not bringing up all the additional costs or the major caveats of when they charge you or how they renew contracts without asking or the deposits or how cancellation works. They sign you up as quick as possible so then if you have complaints, they will always quickly fall back on, it was in the contract or that they listened to the recordings and they mentioned it quickly so you miss it. Not only that, the software is unintuitive and not actually customizable or at least for our needs. Just such a bad experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I WOULF STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR SYSTEM
