Pros

I love the membership and event management systems, and how easy it is to integrate with MailChimp. The price point is great for my small nonprofit.
Overall our experience has been positive, and we would recommend Neon. It's a great way to organize our events and ticket sales, as well as track income from those same constituents and more.
The look and feel is great, is easy to use and navigate and the insights you can get are good. Is a different and good option to keep track of things.

Cons

NeonPay was a disaster, the reporting is horrendous, the fees don't add up, mysterious 'other' charges appear, if you have refunds, they are not properly accounted for.
It is not only the volunteer module that we struggle with. In general we have a more limited capacity for pulling reports.
When utilizing the "events", there is no way to do it in any quick fashion.
