Touchpoint works great for tracking membership and contacts as a "CRM" type system, but also works pretty well for tracking donations/tithes.   The reporting works well and tracks things efficiently.  

Data input has a short learning curve but is a little bit laggy, this may be due to our internet connection, and honestly not an issue with the software, but you connection quality is definitely something you want to consider.

Simplifies your life

The database does what we need it to do: check-in system safe for the kids on Sunday, and keeping track of attendees.  I wish some of the features were more intuitive (promotion: it's never truly automatic like it should be.  reports: sometimes you have to dig deep for a report, and event/camp registrations: it works, but I've worked with databases like Avectra designed specifically for crm and event/meeting registrations so in comparison, TP is a little clunky).  But overall, it's a decent database.  I appreciate the customer service and design team and love that they work with specific churches on things we customers are asking for.  It's really a great team and a living project which grows in functionality at a steady pace.

Fundamentally we struggle daily with reporting and customer service.

I also use webhooks, which are a great way to integrate into other systems.

I think the campaign email marketing part can be somewhat confusing.

Although I have only scratched the surface of its functionality, NEON has been great at doing just about everything I want it to (and when it does not, it is usually a help desk question away).

I'm a software developer in addition to volunteering to manage membership for my non-profit. The API functionality is easy to use and full featured.

Neon is inexpensive and easy to learn for the small nonprofit.

Overall we are very happy to NeonCRM. My one and only concern is the customer support and account management seems to be lacking a bit.

We chose TouchPoint because of the price, and the relative ease of use for our staff as well as general volunteers we shared access with to keep track of their ministries.

Meal Ministry Coordinator

TouchPoint has made it easy to contact church goers with a quick text or email. It has also been great for church members to be able to access the church directory rather than needing a hard copy.

Emails sent through Touchpoint often go into Spam folders.

It's been difficult to learn all the ins and outs of the program. It's not self-explanatory and training and classes need to be offered to whoever will be using it.
