Pros

As a new business, they have been an excellent asset that we're so incredibly grateful for.
There are many wonderful things about this growing company. They make improvements every day that are very helpful to our growing business.
The program is fairly easy for us to use and is easy for the customers to use. Customers love that they can check their reservations without having to get us on the phone- and I love that too.

Pros

I 100% recommend PetPocketBook to fellow pet sitters. It’s also super affordable and the website/app are very intuitive.
Clients can check their walk times, request and cancel walks which saves me more time. The PPB team are super friendly and helpful, always available and happy to clearly answer any questions.
So far I have had a great experience with PetPocketbook. It's already a great program and it's clear they are constantly looking for feedback and striving to make things even better.

Cons

Glitches never result in a crash or stark failure not is it ever a critical glitch when I’ve addressed one.
The lack of the availability to send mass emails.
I have heard it is difficult for our customers to book online and the future calendar is tough to manage not being able to see it all on one screen and having to scroll down.

Cons

The only complaint I have is that there is no mobile version yet.
I guess there are very very small UI/UX design inconsistencies on different pages of the settings. It is by no means an inconvenience as finding it is usually still extremely easy.
Limited accounting functionality for employee paychecks, no way to allocate % made off employees back to your own paycheck.
