Field Routes

I especially like that Field Routes makes tracking everything from adding a new customer to billing a service that has been completed. We have had much less missed billing.

Pros

Integration was easy and went quickly. I like the fact that we can schedule, update and invoice everything through Field Routes. There is very little that goes on with a customer that cannot be done through Field Routes. I especially like the customer service I call a lot for help and they are always very helpful.

Cons

My biggest concern is that techs seem to have issues with the mobile app mostly with the time clock. We are always having to make corrections with their times. Also at one point they added an option to do estimates but it took away another add-on that we used all the time. I believe they are working on that though, still waiting.

Pest Control

it is a great scheduling and tracking tool, however our lack of knowledge on all the benefits that this software has and how to use them may push me to other software in the future.

Pros

Our field technicians find it very user friendly. great for scheduling routes.

Cons

Lack of training on daily use and additional features. This software is great for our company however as we are growing we are discovering other software needs that we are not sure pest routes offer.
