Pros

Great customer service and very responsive. The reports are very helpful for accounting purposes, etc.
I love that it is smart phone and tablet friendly and I can access the information on the go. There are a ton of reporting capabilities.
This is great operations management software. The calendar and integrations are wonderful and I love that you can Quickly add other services from boarding screen options.

Pros

Love this system, have had great support in times of need, and all Staff find it easy to use. Enjoy being able to personalise to suit my business.
The quality of the software is most impressive and their customer service exceeded my expectations. The product was new to me and I needed a little help in doing the network install.
I feel this is a user friendly software that will help me save time and money in bookings.

Cons

The system has had at least 2 shutdowns since we have been in business and has lost many boarding reservations and other data, including employee scheduling.
I searched the site to see what exactly I would get for the fees charged. I'm still not clear if they create web sites (which is what I need) or if they bundle it with services I do not need.
The web site is hard to determine exactly what services are offered until you sign up for it. Or at least that was my experience.

Cons

Missing features accountancy part incomplete, editing formulars are troo complicated.
As I only use the pet hotel part there are frequent updates that are of no use to me and in that case the yearly fee for updates and service is quite expensive for the use I get out of it.
It can be hard to train new staff with this software.
