Photographers can log expenses, send invoices to clients, track payments, handle taxes, and offer add-ons to clients during appointment bookings. Supervisors can also set up work schedules for staff members, utilize templates to create custom contracts, and synchronize event details with Google Calendar.

Pixifi enables customers to book appointments for meetings, consultations, sessions, boudoir marathons, or other events and select time slots and specific staff members to meet individual preferences. It connects with Zapier to facilitate integration with various third-party systems such as Trello, Asana, Dropbox, Xero, Google Analytics, Slack, Mailchimp, Instagram, PayPal, Klaviyo, and more.
