The software itself can be a little stressful to use sometimes. I find myself doing things out of order, and I cant figure out why I cant move on to the next step. It would be nice if there was a way to make the system "dummy proof" to where there is only one or two ways to go through the rental reservation process.
The thing I love the most, is also of the most importance to us. Customer Support. The team is always willing to help or change aspects of the software to fit our needs.
The thing I like least, is i feel like the software is too "busy". There are a lot of different things i still dont quite understand on the system. The different apps is easy to follow, but then within the apps there are the different drop downs like "rental mangement" or "sales" or "service management". I would like to see something a little more user friendly and a little more straight forward.

Their customer service is top notch! Prexa's ability to customize their software to a workflow that best works with our business model has helped get our business to the next level. As a 20-year rental veteran, i knew what was needed to run a successful business, and Prexa offers it all. It's a system that every rental company, big and small, can utilize as they grow.
We have not had one complaint or dislike about anything Prexa has provided.

What I like most about Prexa 365 are the people behind the application. They have always made time for me, answered my silly questions in a prompt professional manner. They have also been super patient as we navigate through the selection process and ensure that the software will work for us. The Trail Environment has been a life saver, it is so much easier to play in the sandbox, make mistakes and correct them
What I dislike the most is the customization it will take to make it work for us. On the other hand, we may be a little unique in our business transactions, so taking the time to develop and work with Prexa on the customization is so much better than buying a product off the shelf.
