Pros

QCBD is the linchpin for almost everything we do with respect to QMS and quality improvement.
I have found the application to be superb for our needs. The setup and the especially the customer service we have received as a business has been world class.
Suggestions for improvement are considered. The technical support is the best I have ever worked with.

Pros

I like the ease of use with QC and it has end to end traceability. It is fast and reliable.
Rich UI with good user experience. Ease to track an application history.
The nice part is the responsive Web view of the HPE ALM which allows the tester or developer to just right click and perform the tasks.

Cons

I tested out numerous QMS systems, and QCBD was the easiest to use. Not to mention, i's on your network, so there's no worry about those cloud database's monthly or annual charges.
There are quite a few typographical and grammatical errors within the software itself, the manuals, and the validation test instructions.
I have gotten used to looking for the module info, but seeing a CA numered 1508 and a change order numbered 1508 is a little confusing at first glance.

Cons

In our company we use test case for run and defect.
That is the only feature that I find a little awkward to use.
There was some time lag in response. Desktop Client has some issue on windows platform.
