Pros

They succeed when you succeed, so they really work to do all they can for you. All this at a fraction of the cost of traditional rental software.
I love the software because you can access it from anywhere so can your customers.
And the staff was very friendly in helping me put it together.

Pros

The system is very user friendly, a big improvement from the previous version. Support is very friendly and helpful.
The feature that I like most about this software is actually the customer support that is associated with it. Always a great experience.
I am just learning all features available - software user friendly so far. Customer support very very good.

Cons

Ability to batch import still problematic; occasionally reports that an error occurred, and to please fix it, but no details about what the error actually is (meaning you can't work to fix it).
Inability to integrate with our current POS makes inventory tracking tough.

Cons

We will get record locks is the most common problem. I don't if it is the software or my internet.
Can be difficult to navigate with so many tabs and folders. Hard to find what i am looking for sometimes, but still in the learning phase.
One thing that causes issues with us is it "times out" between use. That is frustrating for our staff.
