The best software on the market to dispatch oilfield jobs.

We speeded up field ticket processing time and now we invoice our client within 24 hours after job done.

Pros

RigER is a great tool to dispatch jobs quickly, invoice clients faster, and get accurate reports.

Cons

Couple of times it took too long to add new features we requested (3-4 weeks). New features was 'polished' several times.

RigER is easy to use, awesome customer service and support and it has evolving product offerings!

Simple development and integration process, great customer service and improvements and upgrades to the software happen regularly!

Pros

After spending a ton of money and years on trying to get three other databases up and running RigER ended up being a great solution for us.

Cons

As with any software, the biggest con is not knowing how to use all of it's functions. I know there are a lot more features that RigER offers that would be valuable...but I haven't had the time to explore more than the components than needed at the time.
