Pros

Brilliant great managers that keep you on track to make sure you are optimise all the features that are constantly being updated.
It makes my business run more efficiently, at a higher profit and a seamless experience for my clients. Everything about this system just works, the team have done an excellent job.
I like that it’s an easy program to use with great functions that are improving all the time.

Pros

Lots of useful functionality and quick to adopt new technologies. Good hosted web solution that has useful links into such apps as CRM, merchant payments and SMS.
The commission report is very very good, also the best therapist performance report is amazing. The support is very professional.
There is a wealth of automation that can be set up which will save your team hours of work so they can concentrate on their clients. Booking both online and offline is very easy.

Cons

The customer support service is terrible - I have had payments taken from clients that have not been transferred to me causing cash flow problems.
You will also be manipulated and pressured and lied to to get you off the free system and onto the payment system.
Even though your no show fees could end up paying for the fees, if you do not have any no shows a lot of your earnings are then left to pay for the fees.

Cons

Whilst using their software we kept having problems with the password, as it would log us out.
Chasers sent to follow up regarding the reported issue which are frequently also ignored or defensive / dismissive reply is offered.
It did take a while to get the data across, as a lot had to be uploaded manually exporting data from Pabu was very difficult.
