The software simplicity, design makes it so easy to use and the customer service is excellent. Automated and customizable SMS text appointments/reminders makes it easy to track clients. Inventory and Product management as well. I am pretty amazed at all the features available and still learning.

It’s EASY to use and it’s FREE! I was amazed how smooth was to change from me other software that I used for 25 years.

It needs an APP, it would be faster to get to. I’m sure it’s in works. I created a shortcut and that has worked well.

Simplicity, efficiency and super customer support! It was very easy to operate and Almost on the intuition level. We used it to set up the salon opening and staff liked it from the first sight!

Nothing to improve but it would be great to have different set ups in different languages. Can not complain about anything but just suggest it to the rest of users in their businesss all over the world!

I love that I can now keep everything in one area! prior to finding Shedul I was existing out of dairies and spreadsheets. So naturally, everything has become so much more simple now! My favourite part about Shedul is that my clients can now receive automatic confirmation,reciepts and thank you emails, which makes the whole experience from booking right through to completing so personal, not only for myself as the business owner but for my clients as well.

I am yet to find a con in the system, I asked about being able to view full days and weeks on the screen and Alex replied very quickly, and informed me that the update is already underway and includes this feature. Which will be awesome!

Shedul makes our lives do much easier at salon, we love this software since day one. It's easy to use, the app is wonderful as well.

We have no completes. We have used others and hated them, but not shedul. Everyone at the salon uses this daily.

I don't have any Cons yet! The software meets all our requierments for scheduling, pos and reporting.

It is very user friendly, easy to navigate and has all the useful parts needed to run a salon successfully

Cannot see the product sales within the calendar for each barber have to go on product sales separately

Just opened my salon and Shedul is helping me to keep it organized and gives me all the tools I need!

Ease of use and free! It's modern and up there with other expensive salon booking system I've used, if not better.

I would like to see drag and drop for appointment blocks. And swipe for the weeks or days rather than clicking on calender

Having to use product only when online only.

The program gives all you need to keep track of grooming appointments and clients. Very easy to use

Due to it being human salon oriented it was a bit tricky to adjust it so that it works for a dogggie grooming place
