I get the professional look without the professional price. I hardly get clients just because Im not pushing my business that much and it doesn't make sense for me to pay. I massage for fun and love. Not really for profit.

The fact that it's low cost and its as efficient and effective as it is! With awesome customer service.

Some restrictions with pricing and products. Being a massage therapist it changes. I can not give specifics at the moment but you can expect some limitations. With the specials that I want to give and keep and not let the clients book the wrong one that's where I experience some difficulty.

I have loved everything about it. I came over to the program from an expensive program and I find it much more user friendly for both myself and my employees. Not to mention how much more on line booking I am receiving because it is easy

You can enter all services, products and prices. You have sales reports and all hairdressers can use it no limits on staff.

Not a lot of explanation or instructions need to set up. The price is also a big draw card as my account is currently free.

No two way text messaging service. We like our clients being able to text us to make appointments. I think this feature could be added for a cost.

Not much not to like really! Maybe at a later date they could add photos which could be useful for before and after shots.

We have been using Shedul for over a year and never had a problem with it. We are "early adopters" and it didn't have many features it has now but it was always a very reliable, robust service. Many features are being actively developed and constantly added, the app is coming up too. Clients love to book online and never have any problems with the process, even seniors can go through with it.

I love shedul I’ve been with them for 2 years now. Will never go anywhere else and I recommend to all my business friends.

That’s there’s no cost to use scheduling system, very low fee rate compared to others, and excellent customer service!
Cons
Just the cancellation policy and online book time slot restrictions we have no control over it. Would love to control how soon client can book online not 24 hours as the latest. Also 48 hours cancellation is still too soon for my particular business.

I must still find out. Everytime I have a question, my mails to the helpdesk are answered within a few hours, sometimes even minutes! Never seen this before.

From easily displaying new service availability / prices to clients, to efficient online booking ensuring colleagues are never double-booked, what's not to like!

This has more features than many pieces of software I have purchased in the past, and none of them did everything combined, which this software achieves and then some! The option to add items (from staff, to services, to costings) is a breeze, and the ability to link to online booking via a simple link is immediately indispensable. The development team / customer service are friendly, open, and supportive, and the passion the team show to their software is clearly evidenced in an abundance of features to the end user. Cannot recommend this software enough!

None identified at this stage. If there was anything I'd mark for an upgrade at some point in the future it would just be the appearance of the diary to clients when they follow the personalised link; although fully functional as it stands it could be presented in a slightly more aesthetically pleasing way.

Shedul has created a simple scheduling software that works well for any industry. It is a free (or low cost) solution which is awesome for small business like mine. There are plenty of features available that my business doesn't use, but that other businesses could definitely benefit from.
Pros
I run a dental temporary staffing agency and we began using this program around the time it came out. It was very new and the developers were in close contact with us often asking what we liked/disliked about the program. We use it in an unintended and unconventional way but it has worked better for us than any scheduler built for staffing.
The ease of adding appointments, changing, updating, and notifying clients of these changes is unsurpassed. We have tried out several other program that were designed for our industry but just have not found anything that does more for the same price - free!
We haven't explored the new Fresha options to book online in depth but the booking page that it generates when you turn it on looks very professional. I would recommend it for any salon, spa or business that wants to present themselves well online with a little budget.

They have been growing quickly and making a lot of changes. The only real issue I've faced is a 3-4 second lag but it has only just started happening in the last couple weeks so I'm sure it will be resolved soon. The support staff is responsive and helpful.

I'm no software expert, so I liked that Fresha was simple to set up and use from the word go. The features were relevant to my business and there are plenty of tutorials and email help if required.
Cons
Initially I had a free 60 day trial, then a relatively low monthly fee. However prices have started creeping up, with additional charges that only manifest after the fact. Have switched to Ovatu as recommended by a colleague.

I have had a great experience with the business side of this app, easy to setup, easy to maintain and I will never miss a booking due to email notifications! I find that clients increasingly don’t want to pick up the phone and speak to you for their bookings. So, Shedul is and will continue to be an invaluable part of building my client base and retention.
Pros
This amazing free software has enabled me to provide customers (especially the younger ones😉) with an easy means to booking and managing their appointments. One of my younger customers said: “wow, that new booking thing you have is great, I don’t need to text back a for any longer to see when you can fit me in!”. As a result, that customer books more regularly with me than ever before! What a win, win!
I also love the integration with Facebook, which is where most of my clients book from.

I’m finding it difficult to find anything that I dislike about this FREE software, especially as I’m a very new business who could definitely not afford to pay for a booking system! This goes above and beyond it’s free price tag!

I was really disappointed at the pricing of this software. You would expect to pay the same as any one using the software but I was been charged way too much just for a booking system. Fresha charges a percentage of the price of the appointment even if you don't want or need to used their card processing. So if another similar business to mine is charging lower prices they would pay less for the same usage. I try to talk to them but all they wanted was to push me to use their card processing "to see the benefit". This kind of pricing should be illegal. A business prices should not have anything to do with the pricing of the booking services. Fresha need to select a price for their services and not charge based on the business' prices.

Can't change price when booking (in case I quote a diff price) and can't combine payment for hisband/wife who come at the same time and pay together, hard to change price if I've forgotten a product at checkout. If I go too far, I have to delete the invoice

When i first opened my own skincare boutique I was nervous about the search for a spa scheduling software. I had heard that most of them were expensive and definitely full of glitches and problems. I don't know how i got so lucky to have stumbled upon Shedul. I couldn't be happier. Not only does it not cost me money, it is easy to use and sends automatic confirmations that i was so used to doing myself. My clients love booking online and it continues to be the perfect software, like i dreamt it up! Thank you Shedul!

schedule has helped me build my business from day one. When I decided to start my own hairdressing business on my own I was looking for a reliable booking system, I found a lot of expensive systems online. I came across fresha, it was free unless you want to upgrade to fresha+ and even then it's still by far the cheapest I have come across to date that is easy to adapt to.

I love that fresha sends will send an automatic text message/ email to clients prior to their appointment. Very easy to navigate, the software does almost everything for you. So convenient.
The support team are great, at anytime if I need assistance they are very efficient in their response time and helpful information every time. I would highly recommend this for anybody staying a new business as I did. Would never look back.

Every day I am still learning new things about fresha as I find time to navigate around and try new things. I can't really fault this service. I am somebody who naturally finds difficulty when learning new technology.
