This has sped up our entire turn around time and eliminated 75% of our mistakes we had before switching over (from paper order forms)
It is MADE for signs, graphics and etc. We never have to worry about if they understand what is going on, because each of them have worked in the industry. If we have an issue they will schedule an online/phone consultation and help walk us through everything.
Some times the software can be a bit laggy... Training on the software was a bit harder than expected because there really isn't a training manual. I still learn new things the software can do each month.

shopVOX is an ok shop management software. A lot of your basic fabricator shop needs can be met using their software.
Not a huge fan of shopVOX's pricing plans as they are a subscription-based service. Personally not a big fan how businesses are starting to turn towards this route.

I am able to quote projects more quickly and accurately. I am also able to follow up on quotes, get customer information quickly. Shopvox is a great tool to keep all information on a project in one place.
We are able to quote jobs with very accurate cost measurements. We are able to send quotes and invoices to customers very quickly. Accounts receivables are easy to manage and follow up on. Production workflow can be managed very well with this software, down to as much detail as you want.
Navigating the software sometimes requires too many clicks, too many screens, in particular when quoting. Updates and changes occur to the software often without any notification.

It gives us the ability to customize the software to our business's needs and requirements , not customize our business to the software. The customer service is right there and you have the ability to talk to them 24 hours/7 days a week . They are extremely helpful with whatever you need without that costing additional fees. I would recommend any company to utilize this software, because the user interface is literally that versatile and intuitive - any company could benefit from using this software.
There is nothing I don't like about this software.

It really is a huge advantage in the manufacturing process. The major benefit is that quotes can be generated and sent to customers very quickly. I like that I can export the files and import to the accounting software. It always helps in tracking the entire production process.
I haven't had any issues so far using this software.

Overall, my experience with ShopVox was good to use for the signage industry for order management, business management, inventory, and PO management. It requires minimum training to understand and is easily understandable. Price is moderate and can be used in various domain.
I found ShopVox user-friendly, easy to use, and simple to understand.

Extremely satisfying
Not only has the software organised all of our contacts, quotes and live jobs, but it has also enabled us to build more profit into our quotations. Also all quotations no matter who does them are working on the same formula

Quotations are much better making customers get a quote back the same day and also proof including the approvals, customers seem to like the whole layout of the receiving end
The whole features of the software make running a sign business more efficient and productive

The entire soft is good to go, if it works. Good tech support, The rep teach how to start working, how to create flows and etc. Then comes the bad side of experience. After discovering bugs and issues, I show some of them to Aaron, he also see it in meeting. Then I tell them to schedule another meeting, to show other bugs and issues, and ask to cancel my account and do refund, and tell them that...
Process customization. Ability to do a lot in one place, from sale leads to production, to customer.
Software speed, issues with user roles and notifications. Incomplete API, without any documentation.

ShopVOX has really helped our shop with keeping track of all of our production steps, staying on top of due dates, and quickly and easily quoting and invoicing clients. I really like the flexibility of being able to create work flows that are specific to our industry. I love that we can upload art and other documents to the software so that even remote employees can access all of the information that they need. Any time we have run into an issue, the support team has been very responsive and helpful.
I like that the software is always changing and being updated.
My least favorite feature is the reports, as I wish they were more customizable.

Like any new software we had to learn how to use the software, but it was not hard and the online courses saved the day. We have had a couple phone meetings those have helped tramindusly. We absolutely love ShopVox and are happy to be here.
The ability to customize your workflow schedule, pay charts, and the organization of customers and accounts.
The amoratizing of products on a line item.

More confidence quoting jobs.
I struggled with estimates using my previous estimating software, but ShopVOX is so much easier to use. With this software I spend less time quoting job, leaving me more time for other tasks. There was a large database to begin with which I could fine tune to my needs. I love that I can access the software anywhere on any device. Customer support is outstanding and the company often updates the software, while listening to customer requests. It's also affordable and yet so powerful.
Though there is opportunity to customize many areas in this software, I wish we had the ability to customize the quote and invoice forms a little more.

ShopVox is constantly updating and adding new features to the software which makes it easier to work with our customers! The software definitely streamlines things on our end, so we can continue giving our customers great service.
ShopVox has a few bugs now and then where some features are down for a couple hours, but you can instantly report it to their techs using the chat feature and it's usually resolved fairly quickly.

We used to use multiple systems and had many errors from repeated data entry errors. ShopVox gave us a single source to keep up with each job from sales lead to final invoicing and archiving.
ShopVox takes you from initial lead, through manufacturing, scheduling and final invoices. There are too many features to list, but most everything can be customized to fit you specific business. There are many resources for questions and 'human' support is responsive. There is a constant desire to improve the software, so there is a good chance your request for a specific feature will be implemented.
There is a learning curve if you want to get the full benefit of the software.

An all-in-one software for managing all aspects of our business that's easy to use for all levels of staff.
Prior to finding ShopVOX, we were spread across two different platforms for our sales and shop operations. ShopVOX has enabled us to eliminate both and now we can use one software to manage our workflow, track the sales activities that lead to new jobs, and also use solid costing on our quotes to ensure that we're making money with these sales. Best features: Multiple views and options for scheduling...
As I mentioned in the "Pros" above, this is an emerging product. This leads to my only real "Cons". From time to time, as new features are rolled out, there may be mis-steps. If you are not OK with change, you may want to wait a bit before signing on. New features and modifications to old features are rolled out VERY regularly. As they say though, "you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette".

I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a full service production software to your existing or start up business.
It seems to be adaptable to your specific needs....Just takes a bit of set up & your off running. And, the customer service is top shelf.
It does take time to really set up the foundations to get the full use of the program but that is a small price to pay for the quality of the program.

I’m generating daily quotes and invoices that help my clients see our craftsmanship and quality.
This software is efficient and reasonably priced. It creates clean lines for quotes invoices and procedures.
I wish the support spoke better English and they broke things down into layman’s terms instead of from an IT’s brain.

Easy to use, get all the information for management in a couple of clicks. I can do and manage quotes, POs, invoices and payments with ease in one software.
Difficult to use and see the details on Android. Besides that, I find the software very user friendly.

Easy Navigation and easy to learn software. Helps me effectively accomplish my day to day tasks. Great program for a busy business
The easy access to all business information and Flexibility for workflow process. It offers a wide range of functionalities. You can accomplish any task that is before you. On Hand support for any and all issues that you may encounter.
That there is not a manual and you have to find your way on your own. Yet, there is the on Hand support so that makes up for it completely.
