Great Product

Overall shopVOX has been great. No product is perfect but shopVOX has been really good and helped to get our new shop off the ground quickly.

Pros

Shopvox is easy to use and encompasses all aspects of our business. We used signvox in a previous organization and shopvox has addressed all of the issues we faced with signvox.

Cons

The customer support can be tricky sometimes. You are assigned an onboarding specialist but we found that they were not always easy to get in touch with when you needed them. The 24hr chat is convenient but there are definitely issues that we have had to consult other users to solve because the support team didn't understand our question.

Best value CRM for any sized company

Great online platform for anyone who needs to get started quickly with little investment.

Pros

It’s functional and my quotes and invoices go out looking clean and polished. I like being able to generate reports and keep my team on task.

Cons

Tech support doesn’t speak great English all the time so getting bugs fixed can be a bit tricky. And some area are directed to an IT user and not everyday person.
